By creating a Velora account or using any part of the Velora service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use Velora.
Velora is a business intelligence platform that connects to your existing business tools (Google Analytics, Paystack, Meta Ads, and others) and provides a unified dashboard with AI-generated weekly reports. Velora is provided on a subscription basis with a free tier and paid plans.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of others without authorization.
You agree to use Velora only for lawful business purposes. You may not use Velora to store, process, or transmit any data that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the Velora service. You may not use automated scripts to access Velora in ways that place unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
When you connect third-party services to Velora, you authorize us to access your data from those services on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share that data with Velora. Each third-party service has its own terms of service that you must comply with independently.
Velora offers a free plan and paid plans billed monthly. Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
Velora uses AI to generate weekly business reports and recommendations. These reports are based on your business data and are intended for informational purposes only. Velora makes no guarantee that AI-generated recommendations will result in improved business outcomes. You should use your own judgment when acting on any recommendations provided by the service.
You retain full ownership of your business data. Velora does not claim any ownership rights over your data. By using Velora, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
We aim to provide 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to Velora. We may perform scheduled maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We will provide advance notice of planned downtime where possible.
Velora is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay subscription fees. You may delete your account at any time from your Settings page. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of Velora after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
